Yes, if there is a color missing from the drop-down, that color is currently out of stock and unavailable for purchase.
Yes, we do offer team discounts. If you order 10-19 of the same product, you will receive a 5% discount. If you order 20 or more of the same product, you will receive a 10% discount. Please contact us to receive a coupon code to receive these discounts on your team orders.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on “Orders” under “My Account”. You will see the orders that you have placed as well as their status. You can only check the status of your order if you created an account when you placed your order. If you chose to skip account creation, you will not be able to log in to see the status of your order or track your order.
Each product page has a “Delivery Dates” tab that will tell you the delivery dates available for your order. You can also view the delivery dates during checkout. You will be notified if an item is backordered and will be given the opportunity to cancel your order at that time and receive a full refund. Orders that are guaranteed to arrive on a national holiday will be delivered by the day after the holiday.
Yes, you will receive a shipping notification that will contain a tracking number once your order has shipped.
You will complete your order on PayPal’s secure website and can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or your PayPal account.
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can choose between First Class Mail (for orders under 13 oz.) Priority Mail and Express Mail. All packages are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your package on our website by logging into our website and clicking on “Orders”. You must create an account when you place your order to have access to your order history. If you chose to skip account creation, you will not be able to use this feature. Once the order has shipped, you will be able to click on the tracking number. Or, you can go directly to the USPS site and enter the tracking number that you receive in the shipping notification email.
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Personalized Skaters within three (3) days of receiving your order. Personalized Skaters is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier.

All orders shipped to destinations in the state of Ohio are charged a 6.75% sales tax. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of Ohio will not be charged a sales tax.
